Structural Cleaning

Your structure’s furnishings, fixtures and equipment can become damaged, as can anyone breathing in this contaminated air. Regular cleaning of your air ducts enables their optimal performance year-round, keeping your family, friends and employees healthy.

Cleaning is often the first essential element of the restoration process. When faced with any disaster, whether smoke, fire or water damage related, in many cases, cleaning is needed before the reconstruction project can begin.

We carefully remove the contents of the building in a safe, professional manner, using one of our moving trucks. Our trained staff will inspect all items before they leave the premises along with being photographed and inventoried.

Once the contents reach our warehouse, each item is carefully cleaned according to the type of material and degree to which smoke/water has affected it. Any items found to be unsalvageable are returned to the customer’s inventory or discarded.

Each piece of clothing is handled with care, washed and dried in our commercial equipment or dry cleaned. “Finally, many items will pass through our ‘ozone room’ to be deodorized before storage. The items are then stored in our warehouse under complete security and year-round climate control.”
